AMAZON RETURNS

Got An Amazon Return?

Amazon recently added a label selection for return shipping that uses a QR code. This appears as the first option on return shipments.  The instructions say to take it to a United Parcel Shipping Store for a quick and easy scan and the label is printed for you. That’s only if you take it to a UPS Store. Amazon and UPS have managed a proprietary partnership for UPS franchised stores to scan QR codes to produce labels, excluding all other shipping centers.  This deprives you from choosing where you take your Amazon return shipment.

Don’t let Amazon deprive you!  Select “Email Label To a

Friend”.  Let Mail & More be your Friend!

Our easy solution to this problem is:   Once you are logged into your Amazon account and create your return, Select "Email label to a Friend".   Mail & More is your new friend!  Have the shipping label emailed to: mailmorecopies@tds.net . We can print the return shipping label for you.

If you already have the QR Code…here’s the work around: Once logged into your Amazon account,

(1) Go to Online Return Center.

(2) Click Manage Returns.

(3) Click View Return Status next to the return authorization for the return you want to cancel.

(4) Click Cancel this Return.  A text box will pup-up to confirm you want to cancel the return.

(5) Click Cancel this return.

Once you've canceled the return you'll have the option to create a new return.

When creating your new return, choose “Email the label to a Friend". Have the email sent to: mailmorecopies@tds.net   We can print the return shipping label for you.

NOTE:  This work around will not work if you've requested an exchange or replacement, or if you've already been refunded.   You would have to cancel a replacement or exchange order by visiting “Your Orders”.  This work around also will not work if it is not considered a free return, meaning you had to pay a fee to create the return label for the returned item.
