UPS offers two different 2nd day air services, both of which are guaranteed. When you have time sensative shipments that do not require overnight delivery their economical two day service provides a guaranteed delivery within two business days by 7:00 p.m. to every address coast to coast and in Puerto Rico. If your shipment needs to be delivered to its destination by noon then the UPS two day A.M. service is the right choice. If UPS does not meet their on time delivery guarantee you receive a full refund. And as always with UPS services, you receive full tracking capability. UPS offers three different guaranteed next day air services to meet your shipping needs.

1. Guaranteed overnight by 8:00 a.m. (Early A.M. Service) When your shipments demand first-thing-in-the-morning delivery choose this service. It is guaranteed to major U.S. cities and receives priority handling every step of the way. As with all next day air services, Saturday delivery is available for an additonal charge and of course tracking is provided. 2. Guaranteed overnight by 10:30 a.m. (Next Day Air Service) When your shipment demands the normal fast, reliable delivery to any address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico this is the service for you. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge and of course tracking is provided. 3. Guaranteed overnight by 3:00 p.m. (Next Day Air Saver) This is an affordable delivery option for those important shipments that require next day service but they don't have to be there in the morning. UPS guarantees delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations in the contigous states where UPS Next Day Air is committed by 10:30 a.m. and noon, respectively. Residential destinations receive delivery by end of day. Of course, tracking is provided; however, Saturday delivery is not available.
